Directions by Car
Sentinel Business Centres is located next to the Trade Centre Roundabout at Number 1 Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR). The Monarch Office Tower, which is where Sentinel Business Centres is located, is directly opposite the Dubai Trade Centre on the southbound side of Sheikh Zayed Road. The Monarch is a blue glass building consisting of two towers and is the first building on the Sheikh Zayed Road, located before the Fairmont Hotel if you are heading south (towards Abu Dhabi) on Sheikh Zayed Road. If you are coming to Sentinel from the Trade Centre Roundabout please take the Sheikh Zayed Road South / Abu Dhabi exit and then take the 1st slip road exit on the right and then immediately do a U turn. You should now be driving North back on yourself and you will see the Monarch at the end of the slip rd on your left.
Parking Directions
As indicated on the map there are several parking opportunities at the Monarch. Firstly and most conveniently there is valet parking located to the rear of the building. Valet parking costs 50 dirhams. If you prefer a cheaper option there are several paid parking locations available within a few minutes walk of the building. You will need some coins available for the meter and availability of space is generally quite good (but can sometimes be unavailable at peak times). These locations are seen on the map in blue and are accessed from the Sheikh Zayed Road slip road, after you have made the U-turn to come to the Monarch, or from the road at the rear of the building (308th road) which runs parallel and at the rear of the Sheikh Zayed Road behind. To access this 308th road, after you have come off the Sheikh Zayed Road, heading south towards Abu Dhabi, you must not take the first U-turn, but instead go straight on and for about 300 meters and just past the Fairmont Hotel. Then take the first road on the right, which takes you to the 308th road at the rear. Then you turn right onto 308th road and head along this one way road for about a hundred metres. On the right you will come across a slip road with more paid parking options available, availability here is usually good.
Free Parking Directions
If you are willing to walk 5-7 minutes, there is also free parking available. To access this parking area (as seen on the map in orange) after you have come off the Sheikh Zayed road, heading south towards Abu Dhabi after the Trade Centre roundabout, you must not take the first U-turn, but instead go straight on and for about 300 meters past the Fairmont Hotel. Then take the first road on the right, which takes you to the main road at the rear (308th road), which runs parallel to the Sheikh Zayed Road. After joining this one way road, immediately get in to the left hand lane and take the turning left at the traffic lights. Then follow the road round and there is free parking on the left hand side and the right hand side after you have followed the bend in the road to the right on 11th street and 22a street. This road will eventually take you back to join up with the trade centre round about.
